Rules of the game

The judges decision is final!

  1. Your team may consist of a maximum of 3 players from any one Premiership team. (An exception is made when a player is transferred after the entry form has been completed).
  2. You must spend a minimum of £40million on your team.
  3. Players are allowed a maximum of 3 free transfers during the season. A maximum of 3 additional transfers are allowed at a cost of £1 per transfer.
  4. Your team must consist of:
    • 1 Goalkeeper, 4 Defenders, 4 Midfielders, 2 Strikers OR
    • 1 Goalkeeper, 4 defenders, 3 Midfielders, 3 Strikers

Point scoring

Points are scored as follows:

Clean sheet (Keeper / Defender) 5
Clean Sheet (Midfielder) 1
Penalty Save 5
Penalty Miss -10
Conceded more than one goal (Keeper / Defender) -1 per goal
Player concedes an own goal -10
Booking -5
Sent off (1x red card or 2x yellow cards) -10 in total
Non Appearance +1 per match
Bad Boy Bonus -15

Points will be allocated based on BBC match reports, the competition promoters decision is final. Points are allocated for Premiership matches only, cup competitions do not apply. Player suspensions will be based on the FA suspended players list. In the event of a points tie the winner will be selected according to the combined value of their team, the most expensive team will win.
